We have advised utilities, state regulatory commissions, and other market participants on designing and improving wholesale power markets. Recently we have assisted ISO-NE in developing gas and oil accreditation proposals for the Resource Capacity Accreditation key project. We have also worked with RTOs and stakeholders with respect to defining auction demand curve parameters such as the Cost of New Entry. LAI has participated in stakeholder committees at PJM, NYISO, and ISO-NE. We have provided detailed notes, conducted analysis of market design proposals, and created presentations for these meetings.
