The New York Power Authority selected Astoria Energy LLC to enter into a 20-year PPA for a new 500 MW gas-fired combined cycle project, subject to final negotiations. LAI provided extensive commercial advisory support to NYPA and its New York City governmental customers, including engineering, economic, and regulatory analyses.
