February 27, 2008:	Due to software issues, an Excel version of the Pre-Qualification Application has been posted to the Procurement Information page, for bidders to use for electronic or hard copy submission if so desired.
February 27, 2008:	The schedule for the Energy RFP has been adjusted as follows: The Bidder Registration period has been expanded to cover the period from Monday, March 10th to Friday, March 14th, to add additional time to acquire and submit the Bidder Registration Form and Pre-Bid Letter of Credit. The final Bidder Registration Form and Form of Pre-Bid Letter of Credit will be available on Friday, March 7th, when bidders are notified of their credit status.
