The Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) issued an order in Docket No. 07-0527 approving the Ameren Illinois Utilities initial procurement plan that identified the portfolio of power and energy products to be procured in an upcoming RFP for the period June 2008 through May 2009. The ICC also approved the selection of LAI as the Procurement Administrator. LAI will design and implement the procurement RFPs, manage the procurement process, and evaluate bids received for energy, capacity and renewable energy credits.
