LAI conducted a Dispatch and Emissions Analysis for the proposed Bayonne Energy Center that will consist of 512 MW of quick-start gas turbines and an HVAC u/w cable lead into New York City. Our Analysis was included in the Joint Proposal submitted to the NYPSC for an Article VII Certificate and is referenced here.
