LAI prepared a comprehensive report that recommended offshore wind project application requirements, screening process, evaluation criteria, and selection methodology that provided the basis for the Maryland Public Service Commission‘s Regulations implementing the State’s Offshore Wind Energy Act of 2013. Seth Parker, along outside counsel Kaye Scholer and technical consultant DNV GL, testified before the PSC in the Rulemaking 51 hearings.
